For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction — to register and use h555pk. By creating an Account, you confirm and warrant that you meet this age requirement. h555pk reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend or close an Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on h555pk. Opening duplicate, multiple or affiliated Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balances or Bonus Funds held within them.
h555pk is accessible to users in many jurisdictions; however, it is the User's sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using the Website is lawful in their country or region of residence. Users who access the Website from a Restricted Territory do so at their own risk. h555pk accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from access in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
You confirm that you are of sound mind, acting on your own behalf, and that you are not under the influence of any substance that may impair your judgment when placing bets or making financial transactions on h555pk.
To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, phone number and a secure password. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information as necessary to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
h555pk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Before processing any withdrawal — and at any other point deemed necessary by the Operator — you may be required to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a valid CNIC or passport) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until the process is satisfactorily completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or authentication codes with any third party. h555pk will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
h555pk may offer various deposit methods including, but not limited to, bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, mobile wallet transfers via Easypaisa and JazzCash, and Raast instant payments. The availability of any specific payment method is subject to change without prior notice. Payment-provider names are cited for informational purposes only and do not indicate endorsement of gambling by those providers.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. All deposits must originate from an account, card or wallet held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Processing times vary by payment method. Bank transfers typically require one to three business days from approval. Mobile wallet payouts may be processed faster once the withdrawal is approved. h555pk reserves the right to conduct additional security reviews before processing withdrawals, particularly for first-time withdrawals or transactions that trigger internal risk thresholds.
Account Balances are denominated in the currency displayed in your Account settings. Where transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupee (PKR), amounts will be displayed as PKR. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the User.
Note on Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal threshold applies and is displayed in the cashier. Withdrawals below the stated minimum will not be processed. Always verify current thresholds before submitting a withdrawal request, as these may be updated from time to time.
All sports bets placed on h555pk are subject to the specific betting rules published for each sport and market type. h555pk offers markets including Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC tournaments, international cricket, football, UFC, esports and other events. Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are subject to change prior to the bet being confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, the odds at the time of confirmation are final.
h555pk reserves the right to void bets in cases including, but not limited to: event cancellation or postponement beyond the permitted rescheduling window, data errors or manifest pricing mistakes, and evidence of match manipulation or corrupt activity. In cases of a void bet, the staked amount is returned to the Account Balance.
Casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, table games and instant games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, or are hosted by live dealer studios. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages published for slot games are theoretical long-term figures provided by the game supplier and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.
Live or in-play bets are subject to automated and manual acceptance. h555pk reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any point during an event. Bets placed after the occurrence of a decisive event (e.g., a goal or wicket) but before the market is suspended may be voided at the Operator's discretion.
All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers issued by h555pk are subject to specific Bonus Terms that are published alongside each individual promotion. Claiming any bonus constitutes acceptance of the relevant Bonus Terms. Where there is a conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific Bonus Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.
Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the stated Wagering Requirement has been met. For illustrative purposes: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30× Wagering Requirement obliges the User to wager a total of PKR 30,000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Actual figures depend on the specific promotion and are confirmed in the promotion's Bonus Terms.
While a bonus is active, a maximum bet per round or per stake applies as specified in the Bonus Terms. Placing bets exceeding this limit — whether on sports or casino games — may result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus and forfeiture of any associated winnings, regardless of whether the Wagering Requirement has been met.
Bonus Funds that are not used or whose Wagering Requirements are not completed within the stated validity period are automatically forfeited. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. Users are responsible for tracking bonus expiry dates, which are displayed in the account promotions section.
h555pk reserves the right to withdraw Bonus Funds and cancel related winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, using irregular betting patterns designed solely to fulfil Wagering Requirements at minimal risk, and exploiting promotional errors.

Breach of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and referral to relevant authorities where criminal activity is suspected.
All content on the h555pk Website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, database structures and page layouts — is the property of h555pk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Website solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You must not reproduce, distribute, publish, adapt, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Website without the prior written consent of h555pk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, h555pk's aggregate liability to any User — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
h555pk shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental or consequential losses; loss of profits or anticipated savings; loss of data or goodwill; service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, payment providers or force majeure events; or any losses arising from your failure to comply with applicable local laws regarding online gambling.
Gambling Risk Reminder: Gambling involves financial risk. You may lose all funds deposited. h555pk does not guarantee winnings, profits or a particular return on any bet or game. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose.
h555pk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in cases including but not limited to: suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, provision of false information, or reasonable belief that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the platform or other users.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon Account closure, any remaining verified real-money Balance (net of pending bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your last used withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification being complete and no active investigations being ongoing.
Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period via the responsible gambling section of their Account or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed as quickly as operationally possible. Once active, self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the requested period expires.
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which h555pk holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by direct negotiation between the User and h555pk shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Operator's licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your own jurisdiction where such rights cannot be waived by contract.
h555pk reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, h555pk will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Website following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Website and may close your Account as set out in Section 11.2.
